Welcome to Franklin Unlimited. 

My name is Cheri' and I was born and raised right here in Franklin. I've been on the Web for a couple of years now and it has bothered me that not many folks from this area are out here.  I hope that this will change now that we are getting our own local access. Since I started my site, it's been my practice to provide a link from my site to just about any local person's site that I come across.  I'd like to take this a step further now and actually integrate all of our collective ideas and information into one big web. A community of sorts.  A place where we can all link together. A place to share ideas and information, to create a presence on the Web. Xoom provides 11 megs  of space to anyone (That is a LOT of space), along with a method of signing up members to a community.  (If you do sign up, don't feel that you have to fill in the address and phone number.  I never do.  I would like to know what city/town you are in, if you don't mind.)  My 'vision' of this community is not very focused at this time.  I envision a community bulletin board, with information about goings on in the area.  I see a potential for a chat room.   I foresee a 'Franklin Unlimited' web ring forming in the near future.    I hope to see those of you who are hunting enthusiasts building sites about that topic that could be linked with other hunters, cane farmers providing information about that topic, antique hunters showcasing their interest,  . . . whatever.  And I hope to see it all linked off of a central hub, Franklin Unlimited. I realize that site building and maintenance is time consuming and not everyone has the time or the inclination to develop a site.  I believe that lots of you have something to say, even if you don't have the time or the skills to say it.  I'm hoping that  as you browse Franklin Unlimited and you see that something is missing, or feel that you have something to contribute, that you will contact me.  I'd be thrilled to incorporate your ideas & information and/or pictures into this site, or to help you set up your own site.  If you have your own site, or decide to build your own site, I'd love to provide a link to it from here.  All provided that nothing inappropriate (ie adult) is contained, of course.
