So, ya wanna build your own site.  I guess you figure that if I can do it, anyone can.  You're Right! The question is, where to start?  And once started, what comes next? Everything you need is out there on the net, most of it is free.  You just have to find it.  That's what these pages are about, participating in this thing (the World Wide Web) cheap and free.
